KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Outreach to workers in and around SeaTac Airport
- Leadership identification, recruitment and development to help move campaign goals
- Work as part of a team to implement campaign strategy
- Plan and execute events and actions
- Experience in previous union organizing campaigns
- Dedication to the mission of Working Washington
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with others
- Ability to motivate and inspire others
- Experience working with other organizers; experience leading other organizers is a plus
- Willingness to work long and irregular hours, including evenings and weekends
- Bilingual skills or fluency in second language a plus
- Having a valid drivers' license and a reliable, insured transportation.
